must include all links and/or fonts that have
been used in any submitted files. We recommend
all fonts and images be embedded in the files.
BLEED:
Artwork
requiring a bleed must include a 1/8”
(.125) bleed where the color extends off the
edge.
FONTS:
Artwork
must include all Postscript fonts (printer and
screen fonts) and/or True Type fonts.

PROOFS:
Due to
our policy of only accepting finished ready-to-print
artwork we only send proofs upon special request.
As a result,special requests for proofs will
incur a $35.00 charge (per proof).

• ONE COLOR ARTWORK must be Hi-Resolution CAMERA-
READY format.
• ONE COLOR ARTWORK must be a minimum of
300 DPI.
• SPECIFY STANDARD INK COLOR and PAPER COLOR.
(specific PMS ink colors or non-standard
paper will incur additional charges)

accepted ready-to-print format.
All artwork must be CMYK or Grayscale and a minimum
of 300 dpi. PRINT-N-PRESS will not make additions,
changes or otherwise manipulate any artwork.
